We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Trackable service with email updates
- Free Shipping (Orders over A$50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We want you to love your Gym Chic Wear activewear as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns process works:
Return Basics
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging
- Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, plus-size sports bras cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect

We’ll process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days of receipt
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly
International Returns
For our international customers (outside Australia):
- You may be subject to customs fees and import duties which are non-refundable
- Please check with your local customs office before returning items
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
