At Gym Chic Wear, we want you to feel as confident in our return policy as you do in our plus-size activewear. If your purchase doesn’t fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on plus-size sports bras unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other activewear items are eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
- Ship Back: Send the package to our return address (provided in your authorization email)
- Processing: Once received, we’ll process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
International customers (outside Australia) may be subject to customs fees and import duties which are non-refundable. Please check with your local customs office before returning items.
