Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get them to you ASAP! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t been processed yet.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two convenient shipping options:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  2. Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping via EMS when you spend $50 or more (delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch)
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times then vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We’re proud to ship our inclusive activewear worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. Please note:
  • Delivery times may vary slightly by destination
  • Customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer
  • All prices on our website are in AUD

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If your Gym Chic Wear doesn’t make you feel as amazing as we promised, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return:

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, please return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the item you want.
